ASDA Interview Process

Many people talk about the Magic Event.  This session is designed to test your communication skills.  They will first ask you to attend a group interview and find out a few things about the person sitting next to you, and then you have to tell the rest of the group.  Other people have mentioned they had to go on the floor and ask a customer if they needed help or ask colleagues what it is like to work at ASDA. This will be followed by a 1 on 1 interview.
