The Hooters Community Endowment Fund raises money for Cancer Research, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the U.S.O., Operation Homefront, Special Olympics, American Diabetes Association, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and Muscular Dystrophy Association.

What is your greatest strength?

  • I work well under pressure. This is a great answer as you will sound prepared for the Hooters rush hour. Hooters will get extremely busy especially during sporting events.
  • I am a quick learner. This is a great answer as Hooters will spend less time training you.

What would your previous boss say about you?

  • That I had excellent people skills. This is a great answer if you are applying for a waitress position as you will be dealing with customers and you want them to come back.

What is your greatest weakness?

  • When I get caught up in my work I don’t take enough personal time for myself.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

  • If going to college state what you would like to be doing when you finish school.
  • If you want to stay at Hooters state you would like a career in restaurant management.
  • If you don’t know what to say perhaps consider a Hooters managerial job.

    My interview was pretty simple. Basically they asked me if I had a car. One of the questions that stood out was if you are belittled or made feel stupid by a customer how would you react? The correct answer was to ignore it and politely just walk away.
