  • Mention you think the product is far better than any of their competitors.

  • State you want to learn more about the restaurant business and think Popeyes will be a great place to learn.

Why should Popeyes hire you?

Have a second look at the job description and find key skills they are looking for and reassure the interviewer you have those skills.

  • For example, if you are interviewing for a cashier or a team member position then they will be looking for people who are good communicators, team players, and people who work well under pressure.

Are you good at math?

  • Say yes as they will only want you to be able to make change.

Do you have any restaurant experience?

  • If you have, tell them.  If you do not have any restaurant experience just tell them, no, and mention you are anxious to learn more about the restaurant industry.

What salary are you looking for?

  • Don’t expect much more than minimum if you are interviewing for an entry-level position.
  • You can always flip the question and ask what is the salary range is and then decide what to ask for.
