1. Can you tell us about your previous work experience?

3. Why should I hire you?

To answer this question, you will want to reread the job description, find the key skills they are looking for, and restate them. Here is what I found:

This includes starting with positives, being specific and objective, actively listening, and working together to find solutions and set clear expectations.
