A possible answer to this question is

  • Say you pay great attention to detail which will help ensure that food is made to the highest possible standards, the restaurant is always clean, and the inventory is well maintained.
  • State you have excellent organizational skills to help when scheduling shifts.
  • Mention you have great communication skills which will allow you to coach a team and work well with customers.
  • Finally say you have a strong knowledge of computer software and are quick to learn new systems.
