Tell us about your previous work experience?

What is your greatest weakness?

You want to answer this question in a way your greatest weakness does not cost you the job.  Say something like

I don’t take enough personal time for myself when I get caught up in my work?

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Take a look at other banking jobs and find a position you can see yourself doing in five years. If you say you want to stay in the banking industry you will sound like a good fit for TD Bank.

How would you deal with an upset customer? 

First I would listen and find out what is wrong with the customer.  If they were upset because of long lineups I would apologize for the delay.  If they were upset because of one of the products I would answer any questions they have or refer to someone who can. I feel the customer is always right and it is important to keep them happy as unhappy customers will not return.

How would you define great customer service? 

The staff is knowledgeable in their field.  The service is fast and accurate.
