How would you define great customer service?

  • Going out of your way to the customer such as getting them event tickets to even simple things such as giving them an extra pillow, more bathroom amenities, to local dining suggestions.

  • Since Travelodge is owned by Wyndham Hotel Group so there are plenty of opportunities to grow your career. Have a look at a job you could see yourself doing in five years.

How would you deal with an upset customer?

  • I would stop what I am doing and give him my full attention.
  • Then I would see if I can fix his/her complaint.
  • Finally, I would note the complaint and show it to my manager to make sure this issue never happens again.
