6. What is your greatest weakness?

  • It would help if you did not deny you have a weakness or state strengths as a weakness. For example, do not say “I am a perfectionist” or “I work too hard and neglect my friends and family”. State a fault required for the role but not a dealbreaker if you don’t have it.
  • When you state your weakness, make sure you say what you are doing to overcome that weakness. For example, I have a fear of public speaking and enrolled in a public speaking class to overcome my fear.

  • The first chain of convenience stores was known as Tote’m stores.  The company was renamed 7-Eleven in 1946.

  • Say you would give him/her your full attention.  Then apologize for the inconvenience and see what you can do to fix the situation.  If you could not do anything you would ask your manager what to do.  Also, state you feel it is important to keep the customer happy to obtain repeat business.

17. What would you do if someone came in and demanded money?

  • Say you would give the money, and then call the police when the individual leaves.
