9. How would you deal with a difficult customer?

  • Interviewers ask this question because they want to hire someone specific for the job. If possible, mention that you have been actively monitoring jobs on the company’s website and applied for the role.

How to Dress for a CVS Interview

Your outfit should match the job you’re applying for; however, CVS expects you to look neat, clean, and professional overall.

For Store Positions (like Cashier or Pharmacy Tech):

  • Men: A polo shirt or button-down with dress pants or khakis. Clean shoes.
  • Women: A blouse or simple top with dress pants or a knee-length skirt. Flats or low heels.
  • Avoid jeans, hoodies, graphic t-shirts, or anything too casual.

For Pharmacy Positions:

  • Dress more formally. Business casual is a must. A blazer can help you look polished.
