For example, when I was a server at a restaurant, we did not have a particular dessert. Luckily, the restaurant next door had it, and I got it for the customer.
- Here’s another example: I worked at a fast-food chain in my last job. There was a senior citizen at the restaurant, and he had finished his meal. It started to rain, and he was worried because he did not have an umbrella. Luckily, I had an umbrella, so I walked him to his car, sheltering him from the rain.

- If you have kept old performance reviews from previous companies, paraphrase positive reviews from previous managers.
13. How well do you work under pressure?
- You want to state that you work well under pressure. However, tell the interviewer you do not have problems asking for help and are willing to help others.

Interviewers ask this to understand what pushes you to do your best at work. They want to see if you stay positive, work hard, and enjoy helping customers and teammates.
