  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. (Skill punctual)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and ability to build relationships (skill: teamwork)

So when asked why I should hire you:

  • Say you have excellent communication skills, which will allow you to provide the terrific customer service that Starbucks customers expect.
  • You provide great attention to detail and will follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures.
  • State that you are punctual and understand the damaging impact you or any other staff member has if they are late for their shift.
  • Finally, say you have excellent people skills, which will enable you to work well in a team.
